| | | Looks like you got a great set of stuff on your first order. It took me like 4 tries to get everything I wanted.
I need to get some of those big bottles of XMT. It must be tough to have to wait a few days to get your order. Mine come the next day, I'm spoiled.
Be sure to post results on Monday. |

Congrats! | Yup...I'm so exited to detail this weekend...all week I've been talking about the products I’ve ordered and how I'm going to use them and how I can't wait to get them at work. My wife phoned me up this afternoon around 1:30PM telling me "...guess what?....your stuff is all broken!!" What kind of joke is that? I didn't find it very funny. The sad thing is that I bought it. I couldn't wait to get off work, I was hart broken....when I get home the first thing I say is "...where is the box?". Wife says, what no "Hi hun, how are you?". All I could think of was where is the dam broken stuff hahaha. Then she pulled out this big box and off I go opening, ripping stuff apart and there is what I found...sweet. By the way AG, does awesome job packing stuff. Everything was neatly placed and well protected, guaranteed to get to its destination un-harmed. Yup I'm set, my sister is going to drop of her car next week for me to practice on. She's got an old black Mazda...I forget what model. I got an old beat up Jeep that I wanted to practice on (still will) but it's white and it has so much rust it's probably not worth wasting these gorgeous products on but I may still practice on it...just for practice sake. Here is the plan, practice on my sisters old car. The nice thing is that it's black, so I will be able to tell if I'm doing it right or not because of the color. Once I get the hang of things and feeling comfortable (I'm thinking that will take about a month or two) then..only then I will move on to my wife's Volvo. We love that thing and it hurts me to see it so dull and beat up, it really deserves much more respect then I have giving it. Don't get me wrong, I've waxed it but never polished it..and the poor thing has had terrible waxes applied to it. This will be a full manicure for it, not to mention the interior...but I need to order some more stuff to detail the inside...oh and I really need some Guzzlers, that's the one thing I'm kicking my self for not ordering. Do you think the Souveran would bring out the color on the Volvo, it's green..kinda forest green?? But I've ordered liquid souveran, souveran (paste) and signature series II (paste). I should be okay, what do you think? |
