Thumbs up Absolutely impressed!

I placed an order on March 23rd, and while recieving the order confirmation, I never recieved a shipping confirmation. Emailed Autogeek (march 31st) , then ended up calling a few days later (April 4) to confirm they recieved my email.

I'm not sure of the girls name that I spoke to on the phone, but she was absolutely helpful, polite, and very friendly even when she had to tell me they "misplaced' my order. Took my number, and said she was going to track it down, and call me back.... well, here I was thinking "ok, I should hear something in about 2 days, if I am lucky" Not even close. I wasn't paying exact attention to the clock (was out cleaning my interior..lol) , but I am pretty sure she called me back easily within an hour or two. Told me she didn't know what happened, but they would be shipping it out to me IMMEDIATELY, and I would have it by Friday (today)

As always, my order was well packed, and complete...and when I looked at my bill, they ended up shipping my items to me three day select (no extra charge), to make sure I would get them on time... AND I got free samples!!!!

Only complaint is the packing peanuts! With four kids and two really big dogs around, those things ALWAYS end up all over my house, no matter how fast I throw them away..lol

Thanks again for another great transaction! I will definitely be doing a large majority of my ordering from you guys from now on!

Honestly, mistakes happen. I would have been alot more upset, had it not been for the politeness of the girl on the phone, and her ability to track it down as fast as she did.

Heck, I have had companies lose my order, and then treat me like it was MY fault...not call me back for days (weeks!) on end.... be completely uncaring/snotty on the phone....

It was just really nice to have such a change of pace.

(Btw, I ordered again from you guys last night..please don't lose this one...lol)

For some reason every time I order from AG, i never receive any emails (confirmation or shipping, but have always received my well packaged items). I emailed customer service and still never received an email back. It's wierd because everywhere else I order from it comes through fine, but for some reason it doesn't with AG. I've checked to make sure my email addy was correct and it was. It's not a junk mail filter issue because it's set up to where if it doesn't come directly to my inbox it goes to "bulk mail", which i can browse through. Also, I never uncheck the "email me a copy of my order" during the checkout process. Odd eh?

glad to see you treat the people at AG with the respect they deserve. I have always had great service from them. companies like this will get repeat business from myself as well. hey we are all human and things do go wrong that are out of our control. AG will go above and beyond what they need to in order to make things right still not sure how they are so fast and thorough with the limited number of employees they have

I also had an oversight on my recent order. I emailed them and they responded quickly and took care of it. AG is a first rate company with first rate products. Dealing with them has always been easy, and not many companies try to help out shipping cost to Hawaii. Thank you again.
