On your tinting page, you have a typo second line from the bottom that should be today. Caught that and figured I should give you a heads up!

Re: Hey Guys PLease Take A Look

There are several things that I do not like so dont take it personal.

First off, I think your Services/Prices are very cluttered. It should be simple and concise. The wash package and everything else should all be together and not seperate between cars and trucks. Also I would call it "Premium Car Wash" as it adds a little more "pizazz". I would do this to all of the services you provide. This would be an example take from your site.

Quote:
Premium Car Wash - $20-35

Services included are:
-Hand wash via two bucket method
-Wheels, tires, and wheel wells cleaned
-Windows Cleaned(inside & out)
-Interior Vacuumed & Wiped down
-Exterior trim dressed
-Tire protectant applied

Additional Services:
-Premium Wax + [fill in the blank]
-Premium Sealant & Wax + [fill in the blank]
-(plus whatever you will want to provide)

*** Due to size, SUVs and Trucks are an additional [fill in the blank.]

Second, In your headlight restoration section I would get better before and after pictures. Not that they are bad but I dont feel there is a need to post separate pictures of both headlights for a before and after of the same car. The damage should be equal on both sides so why show repetitive pictures. I would have one picture per vehicle with a very distinct 50/50 shot like one would do during paint correction. This would show a much better contrast between corrected and uncorrected vs scrolling up and down, and looking back and forth to discern the differences.

Last is your Customer cars and Before/After Pictures. Its a little unorganized for my tastes. I would give each car its own clickable sub page. Here is an example of what I am talking about.

JNZ Tuning

Besides the ones I've mentions the rest seems ok.

Re: Hey Guys PLease Take A Look

I like the site. Can I make a suggestion? More like an idea.

If it was my site, for added effect, I would include pictures of swirled paint next to the services/pricing descriptions. Something like:

Cars:
Wash - $20-35 includes: washing the car with two bucket method, wheels, tires, wheel wells, tire shine, windows, vacuuming the interior, and wiping down the dash

Improper car washing is the biggest reason why your car looks like this:

Washing using the correct techniques like the two bucket method, (maybe a brief description of what the two-bucket method is) prevents instilling swirls on your paint. Or something along those lines.

and then I'd add this:

Paint Correction - $40 per hour - Your vehicle is washed with a process designed to ensure that the paint is properly prepared for correction and protection. The highest quality automobile polishes available from Germany and the US are used in combination with professional buffing equipment in order to remove most imperfections and bring your investment to a better than new condition. The best acrylic sealant or carnauba wax (or both) are used to protect your deep shine from the elements, ensuring the beauty and preserving the value of your automobile.

This is what paint looks like after swirls have been removed, revealing the true finish of the paint:

I don't know, maybe its a bad idea, but some people are more visual and need pics to get an idea of what they're buying. My two cents.

I would make the picture/company name on the home page link to whatever you think is the second most important page, so people who are impatient have somewhere to navigate to immediately without thinking. Also, when I open your website in Firefox, the tab is titled "Home Page". It would be better if it came up as "Sully's Detailing" or "Sully's - Home Page"

Re: Hey Guys PLease Take A Look

My advice Shawn, is ditch godaddy. They are great for domain names. The cheapest around. They absolutely suck for everything else. The website Tonight option is hideous. You are extremely limited on what you can do with it. I just ditched mine and did a real website. (Still building and uploading piece by piece. )

And you say WE alot. Is there more than just you? If not I would change it to "I." Theres no shame in being a one man band.

Re: Hey Guys PLease Take A Look

I think this is rather misleading:

Wash/Premium Wax - $XX+ Your vehicle is washed with a process designed to ensure that the paint is properly prepared for correction and protection. The best carnauba waxes are used to protect your vehicle and gives you that deep shine your are looking for. Your vehicle will be well protected for 2-4 months.

Wash/Paint Sealant/ Premium Wax - $XX+ Your vehicle is washed with a process designed to ensure that the paint is properly prepared for correction and protection. The best acrylic sealant and carnauba wax are used to protect your vehicle and gives you that deep shine your are looking for. Your vehicle will be well protected for 6-12 months.

Number one, you won't get that deep shine with just waxing. Souveran and/or Fuzion won't look their best on an unprepped surface. You mention this yourself in the FAQs:

Q: Buffing and waxing is the same thing aren't they?
A: Actually no! Waxing is simply a protective element that is applied to the paint surface. While waxing may help add some shine to the paint, it should not be confused with buffing. Buffing is a paint correction process that utilizes a hi-speed rotary buffing machine. This process is used to remove superficial scratches, blemishes, swirl marks, and fading of a paint surface. The process consists of starting with a "compound" used to aggressively remove the damaged paint surface. After you apply the compund there are a series of polishes you apply to smooth and restore the finish to a hi-gloss finish.

First it was a deep shine and now it's some shine. Which is it? And you say that the paint is being prepped for correction, but you're not doing any correction. Why even mention it? Number two, even if you're doing a wash that strips old wax off, you still don't have a prepped surface. First couple of rains and/or washes and any protection will be gone. So to say that your vehicle will be protected for 2-4 months or 6-12 months is misleading. It doesn't help you, and it certainly doesn't help your customer.

Also, I don't think that polishing the exhaust tips should be an added service charge. Add it to one of your higher priced packages.

Last thing, I would like to see some spacing between the pictures in the Customer Cars tab. Other than that (plus what everybody else said) I think it looks pretty good. Sorry if I sound a bit harsh, I don't mean to. Please don't take it personally. I just tried to analyze it from a customer's viewpoint. Your site looks pretty good!
