Talking funny, surprised

I just had the TSX to the Acura dealership for it's 30,000 mile service. When we picked up the car the service technican said in a real serious voice, "I have to say one thing, that is the cleanest 30,000 mile car I have ever seen."

I laughed....

Then on the way home I was looking at my copy of the service paper and it had the following typed on it: Leave no marks inside this vehicle it is immaculate inside make sure it leaves here the same way!!

Nice. I've had similar comments but more like "hey, looks like you take care of her". And IMO, they'll take better of your car each time you visit if it looks that clean.

It is nice to have someone notice and then actually pay attention to what they do around the car.

Nice Pitch Black, that always feels great!

I picked up my Sky to find a oil smear on my pristine driver side door, scratches on the lug nuts, and like a bow on a present their was a bird turd on the rear lid! (I guess I can't blame them for the turd though)

? Is it normal for them to scratch the lug nuts? WTF Anybody see this before? Should I demand new nuts?

Lug nuts receive the normal wear & tear due to maintenance ......... unless you buy them I doubt you'll get replacements.

I understand and expect "some" wear but it looked like they played golf with those puppies! Thanks-guess I'm just being OCD with my Skybaby!
