Nightmare!

Man, I had a bad dream last night. I have a couple of stone chips on my car's hood and I've been talking to the guy at Touchup 123 this past week or so via emails about his product. I wanted to give it a try so I guess that is on my brain. Anyway I was looking at my hood last night in the street lights and saw a scratch that was never there before. I am convinced it is from the stray cats that hang around my neighborhood. I'm always seeing their paw prints on my car and windshield. (I need to get a car cover pronto) Anyway, I guess all these things got mixed up in my head because I had a dream last night that I finally got my Touchup 123 kit and went out to use it on my car and it had like a 100 paint chips on the hood! I was freaking out, but thankfully I woke up and realized it was all just a dream. What an awful feeling though when I thought my hood was trashed! Even though I knew it was just a bad dream I was still tempted to go outside and check the car to be certain.

FloridaNative, I have a car cover for my Mini Cooper S and really like it. As you know the sun here in Sarasota will beat the heck out of cars. Even though my car is in the shade most of the day, (and all of the night!), I keep my car cover on all the time.

And...it keeps the neighborhood cats from clawing my rag-top!

Good thing you told her that, Jen is such a fanatic, she would install clear vinyl panels in the car cover so she could see out while driving!

LOL No I wouldn't. I can't use my PC to polish vinyl panels to perfection! Where's the fun in that??

I once dreamed that someone backed into my truck. I was very depressed
over it. I woke up and did go out and check my truck. Boy... Was I ever
happy it was a dream. I get a lot of complaints that I park to far out in parking lots from girls that I go out with, even if I offer to drop them off at
the door. Once they see how bad I am about the truck, they quit complaining.
They know I would go off if someone hit it or dinged it.

Ay that happened to me in real life!! I got up one morning and got my son ready for school. Went outside to wait for the bus. Gave my car it's usual inspection for bird bombs and when I got to the rear, bam!! the whole rear bumper was crumpled in. I felt like I had just gotten kicked in the stomach! Horrible feeling. I never did find out who did it.
