FINALLY SOMEONE HAS CLEARED THIS UP. . .
For centuries, Hindu women have worn a dot on their foreheads. We
have always naively thought that it had something to do with
their religion.
The true story has recently been revealed by the Indian Embassy in
Washington, D.C.
When one of these women gets married, she brings with her a dowry. On her
wedding
night, the husband scratches off the dot to see if he has won either a
convenience store,
a gas station, a donut shop or a motel in the United States.

Reminds me of years ago when I saw my boss at work with this black smudge on his forehead. He was talking to his boss so I did not interupt to tell him he had something on his forehead. Later someone mentioned the boss had gone by the Catholic church that morning for lint.
I was so glad I did not say something to him about his black smudge! What do I know? I'm a Jew!

I'm taking my wheel chair bound neighbor to the Good Guys Car Show at Kansas Speedway this weekend. Should be nice looking at 3,000+ rods and customs. With my Auto Geekness, I'll be looking for swirls LOL.
