kimbo was suppose to fight ken shamrock but shamrock pulled out with an injury. seth petruzelli was suppose to fight on an undercard but was called in to replace shamrock. petruzelli is a light heavy weight 205.5 against kimbo who is a heavy weight 234.5. maybe kimbo needs to go back to fight untrained backyard fighters again

kimbo is a one dimensional fighter and it looks like his chin got tested. he's got holes in his game, and i'm sure he's working on his ground game as well. that's one thing about all these wrestlers, backyard fighters, etc.,... in MMA you need to be well rounded, otherwise your opponent will capitalize on your weakness...

I think shamrock would have beat him as well, although it did seem to me they stopped it a little premature.

Not really, he wasn't defending himself, if they didn't stop it he would have taken blow after blow. So much for Elite, wonder what they'll do now that their hyped golden boy got knocked out quickly, he was the machine bringing money and attention to Elite.

I think kimbo was about to come back up. I agree elite def. has less luster than UFC. They said last night that Tito Ortiz was thinking on coming over to elite.

Elite or UFC really need to get Fedor Emelianenko to bring some luster back to the heavyweight division, it's really been lacking the past few years.

I doubt we'll see him in UFC, Dana wouldn't allow him to fight Sambo and also talked #### on him when he didn't go with UFC talks.
