I purchased a Genuine Sheepskin Wash Mitt a month ago and used it 3x and it started to tear apart. Contacted Autogeek and they're sending out a new one with no HASSLES!

it truly is amazing to see the vast number of these successful posts, and AG always coming back to its client making a clear difference. It is nice to also see some take a moment and say thanks which is all to often forgotten these days.

nothing but positive vibes from me too. I live in North Fla so I know AG is close, but I always know when 'Big Brown' is gonna show up and my order is always nicely packaged and I am like a little kid on Christmas. LOVE YOU AG!

customer service plays a BIG ROLE in my purchases (anywhere) and if i don't receive it, i'll spend my $'s elsewhere. i've had nothing but excellent experiences with AG and their customer service is awesome!

yeah, i thought they would give me the run around... you didnt do this right, didnt use it right, etc... its refreshing to deal with a company willing to make customers happy

i have not one bad thing to say about a/g.. all the staff is super friendly. super fast shipping .. and can go on and on . just a great site and im happy to be a part of the autogeek community....
