Chase is annoying

Ahhhh, can't stand that secure check they do every single time you pay the card online. Input all your info, then every single time it says "machine identification not recognized, your logging on from a new computer please get an activation code" then you have to get the activation code through email, go back, re-input and pay the bill online.

Annoys the friggen heck out of me, I only use this computer mainly and pay all bills online with it as well. Chase said they do that for everyone for security....hmmmm if so important why are they the only one doing that out of all the other card companies, AMEX/Disco/Master/Visa etc none do that. When asked "why does it say machine not recognized when I'm on the same computer?" they said its supposed to do that, wtf lol.

I have had this situation with my credit card but it only happened when I was logging in using an unfamiliar computer.

I would call and ask for some explanation from someone at the credit card company. This certainly sounds like an anomoly.

I did, I use my laptop 99% of the time for business/personal, and all my bills I pay online with it as well. Mother frick is that annoying, not the end of the world lol, but irks the hell out of me.

If it really was that important why are they the only ones doing that? All my other cards are fine, I have different business accounts with a hell of a lot more money going through then that credit card, and none do that.
