Construction Update 10-18-07

Just wanted to give everyone another update on the construction…

Here they have finished the backside of the building and started rounding around to the front.

I have been watching this crane go to work for a week or so and it is just amazing how laying concrete blocks are a thing of the past.

Here is a shot of the whole building.

Here they are working on the front…

I think this means we have water, but not sure!

We ask for luxury bathrooms… so Max did not want to let us down!

Moving right along.

Wanted to show you how close it was to our building we are in now, this is shot from our parking lot.

Here they are about finished on the one side.

I wanted to take a few pictures of the process of lifting a panel…

I am not sure I would stand as close to it as they lift it.

It actually is lifted much faster than I thought.

Here a couple of the brave workers are guiding the panel to its spot.

Hope you enjoyed them, I have really enjoyed watching the process, the whole panel idea is great. Whoever thought of this is a wealthy man right now!

That building is massive! How many businesses will it house apart from AG?

Not sure yet, I know we start in the south side and stretch out from there.

That building is huge. It looks like it's a block long. Now does everything move to the new building or is it an additional warehouse?

Well I am not sure yet on the footage, obviously it will be bigger, but I am not good with numbers, I will have to ask.
As for the frig, well we keep our "after 5" drinks in there!
