Is it the hard plastic bed liner? You could use a soft bristled brush with some All purpose cleaner to clean the bedliner and then some 303 or Poorboy's trim restorer to protect it and keep it looking black. If you have a Porter Cable you can use the brush attachment to make quick work of the scrubbing. Good luck to you.
