I'll be the "Welcomer" as I have no experience with the panel you're asking about... so... WELCOME! You will learn a lot here and if you get confused, just ask!

Welcome, to the board.
You could try either poorboys trim restorer or 303 aerospace protectant

Welcome to the forums. Is it the hard plastic bed liner? You could use a soft bristled brush with some All purpose cleaner to clean the bedliner and then some 303 or Poorboy's trim restorer to protect it and keep it looking black. If you have a Porter Cable you can use the brush attachment to make quick work of the scrubbing. Good luck to you.

I'm with bambo...can't really help you with the question but just wanted to say welcome and don't be shy to ask questions...so such thing as a "dumb" question.

Since the top is likely Vinyl, I would also offer the Raggtop kit. It is meant for convertibles, but many use on truck bed covers as it beads like crazy.
