Black Wow Review!

First off I like to thank again my friend Ed (HighEndDetail) for sending me a sample of Black Wow. When I seen it was 24 bucks for 4oz I was like wow! LOL….This is the second time I used this product. First time using the product was on a 97 F-150 and first impressions I like the stuff.. I talk to the owner last Saturday and he said it still looks good.
97 F-150

The second time is on my truck, as you can see in the pic.
It took more than a small amount to get full coverage. It’s a little more work than; say 303 or DG#201. First I washed off my bed rails with water/alcohol 50/50. Applied BW to the trim and waited 15 minutes. Sprayed water on the trim and took a microfiber towel to wipe off the excess. So today is Thursday 3/27/08. Two things I want to see. How long will it last and will it hold up in the rain. We shall see! I will post again when either show first.

Re: Black Wow Review!

Sparkie, did the directions tell you to wait 15 minutes after applying BW then sprayed water on the trim and wipe off the excess???

Re: Black Wow Review!

Thanks for the continuing review.

Did it seem, that it could be a bit messy?

Re: Black Wow Review!

I used Black Wow on BMW trim and loved it! It's pricey, but well worth the money!

Re: Black Wow Review!

Thanks for the review Sparkie
I'm glad you tried it on a Ford truck
My friends dad has some issues with the black trim getting hazed up on his F150
I will get some of BW this Summer to try...
