Another new face

Hi folks
Green as Green can be I am..
But I have no fear. I am a middle aged tradesman, wiser for my age, who is seeking to learn new tricks. You guys have them, and I have a long ladder to climb. Please bare with me as I am humbled to be among you.

aside from all that. I built a new hood for my Dodge Ram, then painted it, all for the first time. Now I realize that there is more than wax and a crumby looking pain job. I have started to polish my mess up, and I could probably use some tips along the way.
It's looking pretty good to me, but is it show worthy?, I have a cheap 7" rotary an a PC 7336 that I am converting to the 7242 by way of backing pad and buffing wheels.
Looking forward to chatting with you all.
Julian from hot - sweaty - did I say hot and sweaty, S.E. Fl.
I'll post a few pics if you guys don't mind of my current projects, just tell me where to.
Thanks

Welcome Julian! Posting pics is not that hard if you use Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket
once your photos are loaded into your account (it's free), resize them under the edit feature to message board (640X480), then just click and copy the the link that is titled IMG CODE and just paste it on to where you want it, hit enter for the next line and copy the next image. Good luck, if you have trouble just ask, someone will be along to help you out!
