Hello from Florida

Hi everyone -

My name is Michael and I live near Pensacola. I purchased a 2008 Toyota Prius ,black exterior, but it won't arrive at the Toyota dealer until April 16th. Of course this hasn't stopped me from building up my detail arsenal with the help of autogeek.com. I've bought a ton of stuff including the foam gun, which I can't wait to play with. I've started a nice collection of MF towels, tons of protectants, clays, sealants, etc. We live less than 5 miles from the Gulf of Mexico so protection is of the essence.

Welcome. Sounds like you have a great battle plan already in place! You'll like the foam gun. The first time I used mine, my 80 yr old neigbor thought it was a fire extinguisher!! I envy your year-long temperature average down there - we have a pretty short car-washing season here in the upper midwest.

You're gonna love the foam gun. I've used Duragloss, Poorboy's, and Meg's Gold Class in it (and liked them in that order). I haven't yet used the sample of DP Extreme Foam I received, but I hear that stuff is phenomenal on the suds...
