I have been offering maintenance packages to all my customers after completing the detail on there vehicle. I offer a 3 month maintenance package . Its gotten to the point that i have at least 15 per month and there hard to keep track of . Does anyone else do something similar?? if so how to you keep track of each customers schedule . Re: Maintenance Packages ????

I recently rolled out a maintenance package service... I just signed up my first client this week.

I am using clickbook for all my online scheduling and what I am planning on doing is giving each CX their own clickbook login so they can schedule their next maintenance washes whenever they want. Then I just label their CX profile as a "VIP Member" so I can see if they are eligible or not for the VIP Club maintenance washes. Clickbook keeps track of all previous appointments so I can make sure nobody is abusing their package by scheduling too many maintenance washes in a given time frame.

How do you offer your service? Is it a subscription or do you just sell the package as a one-time add on when you are cashing out the detail job?

I sell it based on convenience and ease mainly, I let them know that i can now maintain there cars appearance every 3 months throughout the whole year for just 50.00 per appointment. It gives me alot of repeat business and they cant believe they get another detail for just 50.00!!! It works fantastic and it only takes me about 1.5 - 2 hours per vehicle to just touch up my previous detail. So i get there vehicle 4 times a year for 50.00 x4= 200.00 same as cost of a regular detail!!

Is clickbook an app? Does it schedule into the future like every 3 months ?? I dont know about the log in and password stuff because that creates work for the customer. I call my customers every 3 months and get them on the schedule, making it easy and convenient for them. All they have to do is get me the car.

Re: Maintenance Packages ????

That is a cool way to do it and creates a great value for your clients.

ClickBook is online scheduling software. It's actually free to setup and use and you can pay extra to have it send automatic text messages and do other things like sync with your PayPal acct, etc.

You can use it to setup recurring appointments and do all sorts of things. Also, you can enter each appointment manually so your clients don't have to lift a finger.

I mainly use ClickBook to let clients book online. Most people still call first but some like the convenience of being able to get everything completely scheduled without having to call anyone.

Re: Maintenance Packages ????

i have a maintenance package (VIP package) that i offer that consist of
$100-$150 a month depending on the size of vehicle
Every two weeks same day same time.
do let them know it will take 2-3 visits to get the vehicle back looking new depending on paint condition an interior condition.
Ive been offering this for about a year now and have 40 VIP clients, i use the calender on my iphone which puts it to my computer. Also have everything copied to paper just in case the computer an phone crash. I much rather do VIP cars than just any Joe's car, bc i know what im getting myself into, plus its guaranteed money every month. I know i know cant find more VIP is you don't do any Joe's car. Ive heard that multiple times.
