Service plan!
I took my site down to polish up my content and prices. I want to offer a service plan, weekly or bi-weekly, to customers who get a full detail first. Here is the pricing and service that I will provide.
Wash, vacuum, windows, quick dusting and wax once a month.
Weekly: compact - $24.99 mid/full size - $34.99 SUV/truck - $44.99
Bi-weekly: compact - $39.95 mid/full-size - $49.95 SUV’s/trucks - $59.95
I have read many other thread and just wanted to see what you all thought. Prices OK? Add or take away anything?

Re: Service plan!
I think that is a good starting point for a maintenance plan. I'd add in tire dressing and an air freshener if it were me. I can't say anything on prices though as I am just an enthusiast
Currently: 2014 Jet Black Mica Mazda 6
Previously: 2004 Milano Red Acura TSX

Re: Service plan!
Stick with monthly plan, people won't commit every week. They say they will and it will fall apart quickly.

Use that method to gain customers and a reputation. If someone pulls up and ask for a card don't even mention car washing, stick with detailing.

Re: Service plan!
I have to repost something wrong with site.avoid weekly washing it will keep you from making good money on detailing. The promblem with weekly services is that if you told Betty the customer you will be there on Thursday and Johnny the customer calls and says he needs a detail done on Thursday which one are you gonna do.now Betty is pissed.

Re: Service plan!
You are cornering yourself with tiny profit margins.stick with maybe 10 loyal 65.00 monthly customers and don't commit to a certain day, call them the day before and say you will be in the area.

So, you are saying to only offer one wash once every month after a full detail?

I agree with the majority of this post, let clients know that you will do maintenance monthly maybe after you give them a full detail to help them maintain.

yes you will find out that more people will commit to once a month.I only take care of 4 cars a month at 65.00 a pop. They don't give me aggravation and they are patient clients. But at 65.00 I do more than a wash.you will go down misery road messing around with 20 to 30 dollar services.
