wheel metal identification
Hi there, I am wondering how to determine from which metal a wheel is made from.
Like if it is aluminum, chrome, or a variation of both, etc.
Any tips would be great.
Thanks

It's probably steel if it's magnetic. Aluminum if it's not.

Not enough info.
Also, if you are thinking about polishing out aluminum alloy, you most likely will not get a high luster shine.
