Can i do this or is it made a little long for a reason? |
I'm so sorry...
I just realized I forgot to mention that the suction tube can be
cut to custom fit the bottle it's being used with. You can and should cut the suction tube to custom fit whichever product you're using.
It's made long for the sole purpose of being a universal part that can be cut to fit a wide spectrum of applications.
For the 32 ounce bottle of DP Rinseless Wash & Gloss and the matching Pro Blend Bottle Proportioner I had to cut approximately
1 3/4" off the suction tube for a customer fit and for the 1-gallon jug of DP Rinseless Wash & Gloss I cut about
3/4" of inch for a customer fit.
When you receive your Pro Blend Bottle Proportioner, simply stick the suction tube into the bottle of product you're going to use it with and then guesstimate where to make the cut and then safely use a scissors or utility knife to cut a small section of the tube off.

Well worth it cause i hate measuring things out. |
It's definitely handy as it makes measuring the correct amount fast, easy and most important... accurate. Plus there's no messy measuring cup, which you has to be rinsed and stored in a clean place to prevent contamination. The little plastic cap on the top of the Pro Blend Bottle Proportion keeps the inside of the unit contamination-free.
