It is likely due to the high sales of buffer kits on last weekends sales. I suggest calling in as Dwayne, Meghan, or Jason might be able to help you on how quickly they are expected. I am sure its not intentional, and AG is sorry if it created any inconvience.

Really.... I love it, you forum guys are really on it!

We just got word yesterday that these might be on backorder from the manufacturer, and then confirmed today... BUT we have had them in stock for the last year we have carried them. Today would be our first announcement of being backordered so yes we are out, due to manufacturer backorder but only on this model and if you refesh that page the note is not there.

The Flex 3401 polishers are in stock and your Flex has shipped as stated in the email.

Good. I was about to freak out since I had Confirmation from UPS. I have at least one SUV in line for it. Also, I can see how my busted finger will be able to control the Flex or not.
