DP Super Swirl Remover

On a scale of 1 - 10 how aggressive would it be, also do you think it would be aggressive enough to handle waterspots?

Hmm, I'd rate it 6-7 out of 10, depending on the pad and whatnot.

Should be able to handle waterspots just fine, depending on how bad the paint is etched.

Thumbs up

I will need a PC 7424 to get those swirls out and scratches. The car is 18 years old but paint is still great. I have used Liquid Glass Polish with success to remove scratches and I have used this product for over 20 years now.

What is the best way to remove / minimize swirls without a polisher - just using hand power? My car is black and has some swirls that I'd like to get rid of - - thanks in advance for a reply.

It's kinda like Pinnacle XMT3/ Poorboy's SSR2.5 with a litle more bite depending on a pad. Would work well on water spots/swirls.
Not sun friendly.

hand polishing you definitley wont be removing swirls very well but you can definitely minimize them with products designed to fill in the swirls...i personally like Z-5 with a nuba top coat...if anything you know when it is time to reapply because you see the swirls again

Agree......without a machine on a black car getting rid of swirls is quite a feat......

Good luck.....
