QD compatible with DP Premium Surface Shield

I will digress just a tad to better explain my current situation. Whenever I use a carnauba-based product, I have not run into any LSP/QD problems...As a whole, I find carnauba products are flexible with a wide-range of QD's. However, sealants are a different story (molecular bonding, curing, QD composition, etc, etc). I generally stick to a QD that was designed for the sealant. Now for my current situation: I am an avid user of DP Premium Surface Shield - when I am applying another layer or when QD'ing after a wash, I always use WG's Instant Detail Spray (old version). I have never found any problems with these 2 products. I haven't bought or tried DP's Final Booster because I "speculate and heard" that the carnauba will interfere with the next layer of DP PSS - If this is incorrect please let me know. Here's where the problem comes in: With the recent reformulation of Instant Detail Spray to a spray sealant, I no longer have a QD to use with PSS. I thought about purchasing Meg's Final Inspection or FK's #425 but I am still not comfortable with compatibility. Any thoughts from you guys would be greatly appreciated.

Most QD'ers and QD+ are very limited in life span, from about a car wash to the next car wash, so most will not interfere with another layer of sealant provided it after the next wash. Some I have used with sealants with great success are Clearkote Quikshine, Finish Kare 425, Z6, Z8, Sonus Spritz, Einszett Lackfinish, Crystal Mist, Poorboys Spray and Gloss, and UPP Gloss Enhancer.

I use the Einszett Lackfinish for my QD. I really like the finish it leaves. It's a little harder to work with than other QD, but the results are worth it.

Are you using their washes ?? I find it is quite easy to use (use very sparingly) when used with Perls or Exclusiv wash. It also likes a slightly damp car to avoid streaking.

Thanks guys for the feedback...I was thinking more along the lines of next day layering...my usual routine is to apply and remove the first layer in the evening. Let it cure overnight. The next morning, I will QD to remove the minute dust that may have settled on the car - I will follow this up with the next layer of PSS. In this case, most QD's are ruled out because I have not had the chance to wash off their "protection" ingredients...I knew I should have bought a gallon of Instant Detail Spritz when I had a chance...doh!

you'll have no problems with Quikshine used like that, might even like Mothers Showtime.
