DP Interior Cleaner

Has anyone tried this product? I used it last night to clean up some panels and a wipe down and I have to say that although it cleaned well, the smell is a little overpowering. It smells like a strong window cleaner or degreaser. That was last night and the interior still smells pretty strong with a chemical smell, which is not what I want my interior to smell like. I even covered the interior with Febreeze to try to mask it with no luck. I even applied Poorboys Natural Look dressing to all interior plastic, which has a pleasant smell, but would not take away the DP cleaner smell. The funny thing is that I hardly used any DP cleaner!! Any solutions from anyone? Any interior cleaners that don't have that heavy "chemical" odor?

Thanks!

Dennis

I found and reported the exact think previously. Great cleaner, but heavy chemical smell. Leave the car open for a couple hours and it disapates quite well.

good thing it was on my wifes car She's about to kill me for the smell though!

She's sensitive to strong smells(cologne, perfume, bleach, etc.), now DP Interior Cleaner. Oh well.......I now have two 32 oz. bottles of DP Interior Cleaner for sale......anyone interested?

use it on matts .... let them air outside. Perfect resolution. For spot cleaning use a very damp towel and just a little spritz.
