Its like the secret recipe for KFC, it is only known by a very few, and sadly I am not priveledge. I will tell you for a fact that they are all different, but would need to be used side by side for minute differences.
Paste Glaz -- discontinued ...believed not to be VOC compliant. The original choice for all colors.
Sig Series -- now discontinued .... not VOC complaint under new regulations. Offered enhanced durability due to polymer technology. Works extremely well with metallics.
Sig Series II -- the newest in the line, and VOC compliant. Rumored to be very very similar to Sig Series One in look, feel, and polymer technology. I have been told it has slightly more glossing agents (I have not actually used it to date). Obviously something in its makeup has changed to make VOC compliant.
DP Max Wax -- the beta version was a modern tweak on Pinnacles line. Some differences were needed in makeup to assure it was "made in the usa". I suspect the polymer technology is different although wax is still extremely pleasing and would work as well as Sig Series.
Souvern Liquid -- designed to try and mimic the gloss and depth that Souveran offered in a product with better durability. It has some polymer technology and believe it has been reformulated once. The benefit is longer protection and ability to wax the entire car and remove afterwards. Layerability can be done, but just as in all carnubas, the point of diminishing value is around 2 coats maximum.
Souveran Paste -- it was designed as the no holds barred, no expense considered, top of the line product to exceed the only other award winning carnuba prior, Zymols high lines. Infact, having used more than a couple against it, Souveran is a better wax at a better price point. It will offer depth, warmth, and breathtaking wet look but durability was not a concern as award winning paint is often well cared for, garaged, and redressed for each show.
All this other hype and rumor you see on other boards is just that. Simply I tell you just as I would family, try them and buy the one you like best given your price point. There is no wrong or right choice .... and some differences are not all that noticable.
