Poorboys VIP

I got myself some Leather stuff, Spray and Rinse (honestly, IMO the BEST wheel cleaner. You literally spray it and rinse it, no scrubbing. Even the barrels end up being clean!), PBAPC, Bold n Bright, Natural Look Dressing and their clay.

Anyone ever try the APC, Bold and Bright, natural look, clay, or the leather stuff? I have the majority of their line, and every one of their products are as advertised, so I figured that these would all work as advertised.

If anyone has any input on any of the products I just purchased, it is greatly appreciated! Thanks guys!

Re: Poorboys VIP

BnB and NL are my 2 go to products for their areas.

Love BnB for tires and engine trim/plastic. NL I use on all interior plastic except clear plastic. On clear plastic I use Plexus.

Poorboys makes some great products. I have been using them for years!

Re: Poorboys VIP

I have the Leather Stuff and its a great all in one product to clean, maintain, and protect leather that is in good condition. If your leather is neglected and/or excessively dirty I would recommend to switch to a dedicated leather cleaner and then follow that up with Leather Stuff. I have tons of Poorboy's products and am very pleased with them. Most of their products are top notch.

I love the natural look dressing. It is by far the best interior dressing I have ever used.

Re: Poorboys VIP

Whats the best way to apply these products? The natural look I assume is just spray on wipe off. The leather stuff, how should that be applied? And also the Bold n Bright? Can I use the leather stuff on my tonneau cover? Thanks guys!

I can comment on Natural Look (I happen to love this also) I spray on a microfiber, wipe and then buff with another microfiber...

Just put it on last night again...It lasts a long time, smells great, and really easy to use.

Re: Poorboys VIP

For leather stuff I apply to an MF applicator and work into the leather, let it set up and buff off with a clean MF towel. Great stuff.

I was told NOT to use a MF with the leather stuff because the MF will soak up any of the conditioning and cleaning products. I was told to use a terry cloth to apply it and remove it. Maybe others will chime in with their experiences?

I saw that as well. I really did not notice much difference with the towels I had. You know it is there since there is a change in surface slickness so I know I did not remove it all.

Re: Poorboys VIP

For light cleaning of the leather I apply Leather Stuff to a terry cloth towel and work it into the leather and then follow behind that with a clean terry cloth towel to buff. For conditioning of the leather I put on some nitrle gloves and then squeeze some Leather Stuff into the palm of my hand. I work it in by hand and then let it set for 5-15 minutes depending on the condition of the leather. I then use a terry cloth towel to buff.
