I heard good thing about the Flex 3403 except it got some thermal shutdown sometime but otherwise it is a great tool.

Just ask them, they are a great group of people. I purchased a dvd, and a week later the item I purchased came with the DVD, I asked them if they could swap it out for something, or if not no biggy, and well they did it no questions asked.

The thermal shutdown is for protection from their owners, yes you would prefer it not to go into the thermal shutdown, but its all for reason. I just purchased a rotary polisher, it was between the Flex 3403 and the Metabo PE12-175. I use Metabo Grinders everyday; I know their quality and durabilty and opted for the Metabo. I used it once and thus far I am very happy with it. I still would like to try the Flex 3403, but I have spent too much over the last few months, and would like to learn the rotary more.

Re: Annual Buffer Event!!!!!

While the pricing policy of sales states "no valid on previous orders" you might be able to get a credit for a future purchase by speaking with Meghan or Jason or Dwayne.

As for the gift, it likely changes and has a 29.99 retail value. Part of the fun is waiting for the order and the "surprise" also.

Question Re: Annual Buffer Event!!!!!

I am ready to step up to machine work, but want DA since just starting out. (And not ready to pay for flex yet.) Any advice on PC 7424 vs. Megs G110?

I have WG Paintwork Polish Enhancer and DGPS 3.0 to be followed with Souveran for dark red 08 Mustang needing very little correction. I also have a red 99 Ford Ranger with minor swirls and black 99 Acura TL needing major corrections. Sounds like I need a mix of 4 and 5.5 pads, whichever I get to help with later two.
