The thing that I've found with a lot of these windshield sealants is that window cleaners with a lot of alcohol or ammonia act as a solvent and will "melt" and smear the coating, making the glass look clouded and smudged. Once the glass is treated with any of these sealants (RainX, Diamondite Polyshield, etc.) I find that it's best to clean them with a microfiber cloth dampened with water and maybe a little bit of window cleaner. That doesn't have the solvent effect.
