Tapatalk Loading Issues

Morning all,

Is anyone else having trouble accessing the AGO forums using Tapatalk today? I can access the other forums I usually view without issue, but this forum sits perprtually at 'Loading' for all screens.

Please let me know what you see. If it ends up being just me, I may delete the forum favorite and try reconnecting.

Update:

I restarted my phone, deleted the favorite in Tapatalk, and reconnected. Same problem.

I thought to try the app on my wife's phone but forgot it's a pay app lol.

I've had the same problem, but with a different forum before. I had to delete the entire app and reinstall, then it worked fine afterwards. Not sure what the actual problem was.

Hmm thanks for that idea lol. On a hunch I went into my device Settings -> Manage Apps -> Tapatalk, and cleared all data for the program. It reset eveything to default and I was able to access the forum again.

I had to reinstall last week and it worked again.

Does anyone get a force close when you zoom in on pictures? It never fails!! My droid is rooted but that shouldn't be the reason, i guess.

Had no problems today or ever. Haven't tried zooming in on pics though as one poster mentioned.

I get this fairly consistently on various forums. For a while I thought I got around it by hitting the physical Back button but that also began to force close on pictures.

It's like 'Oooh nice picture' then 'Aargh force close freeze'. Makes me not want to click on th pictures lol.

Samsung galaxy epic here. Not rooted, but considering doing it.

I've had minimal issues on the iPhone. I do have the occasional crash, but not often.

My Bionic lives in "force close" mode, especially when trying to bring the keyboard up. I had my reasons why I picked this phone over my more favored iphone but hindsight, I would have went a different route. I think this thing is the biggest P.O.S. in the world. I am really good on my phones too, especially considering how I see others treating them (I used to work for Verizon Wireless).
