Wheel Cleaner Recall - McKee's 37
Friends,
A few defective bottles of McKee's 37 Foaming Wheel Cleaner Gel slipped through the cracks and made their way out of our door. If you received a defective bottle, PLEASE contact me via nick@autogeek.net with your order number. I will replace the product ASAP.
Signs of a defective bottle: There will be no color change as the cleaner is allowed to dwell on the wheel (if you're not 100% sure, look at the brake rotor itself - this is where the color change is most evident). Granted, some wheels bleed more than others so if you're not 100% sure look at the brake rotor after applying the cleaner.
This wheel cleaner, by design, changes color from green to red as it dissolves ferrous iron particles.
Thank you.
