I have a 6" backing plate the Meguiar's W66. I believe I had asked
Meghan before purchasing the backing plate and pads if they would work together and she told me it would. I more than likely just need to practice more. I was reading on another forum that when using a rotary you are supposed to use an "arching" motion instead of a North to South and East to West. I don't know if that is true but from reading other post's it seemed as though going north to south and east to west was the way to polish. Does it really make that much of a difference between the two technique's?
