| | | Ok to answer some questions, no you do not have to pay for it if you do not win. You are only entering the contest if you go to that page Dwayne linked for you in the beginning of the post.
Second, it is a VERY powerful DA, think of it as a PC but stronger. This might not be for the faint at heart.
As for release date, well it will be soon, real soon. But be patient, it is worth the wait.
