My favorite Wolfgang product without a doubt is Wolfgang Deep-gloss Paint Sealant 3.0. Absolutely the best protection product I've used, I love the deep shine it produces and how long it lasts. It is very user friendly and goes on easy and wipes off easy. I've been wanting to try Fuzion on top of WGDGPS but it's just too expensive. I know you've already picked the winners but still wanted to endorse the Paint Sealant.
