I am relatively new to this forum although i have purchased a few products from the site. The thing i like most about the site is that the employees have used many of the products so they can give an accurate description of the results a certain product will give. I also like how on the product descriptions there is always a description of the product, the likes and dislikes, an abrasive scale, and an application how to other than what the manufacturer recommends. I enjoy the products reviews and how the site moderators don't delete the review if it is negative about a product, that way you get an accurate product review. The kits of all sorts are also a great help. Until about a year ago i had been applying wax by hand and i read on this site about the Porter Cable 7424 but didn't have the money to buy both the DA polisher and pads at once until i found the kit with the pads and pad cleaner. That was a huge help since i am in college and use detailing to pay my way. Since i have been on the forum i have used the boards to learn so much about all the little details that seem so relevant. The folks are always so nice and eager to help and if i can't figure it out by reading the boards i have the online help option to talk to one of the expert employees. The site overall has been a great help to me and a major asset to my business. Thank you all for your help

I thoroughly enjoy this forum and AG/ WG sites. Every week, I find myself making purchases of more products and tools for detailing. While this is a newer hobby for me, I look forward to receiving the new toys of the detailing trade and going to work on my cars on weekends.

As I have stated in surveys and directly to your staff, AG runs a top-notch operation with the best customer service experience. On several occasions, I felt 110% satisfied with the products and support (Matt, Bobby, Penny & you) provided to me in product selection and assistance in using them properly.

Lastly, the forum members are awesome in their opinions and methodical knowledge of detailing. As a newer customer and member, I pledge to keep coming back for more with or without the weekend giveaway. However, the jar of Dodo Juice Rainforest would be a nice addition to my wax and polish collection.

stumbled across this website over a year ago after getting my new car, i knew black was going to require ALOT more effort so i began researching products and came across AG, been happy ever since!!!!!!!
