That is an awesome shop and because of it's age and history can easily be turned into a nostalgic theme which will guarantee attract attention. If I were looking for a shop this would be ideal!!
Hey thanks for all the positive comments on the shop! I really do love having a place to keep everything and a very good location in our town. So far my "overhead" has not been that bad! I'm sitting about $600 total a month for expenses. payment, insurance, and utilities (water $45, electric $60, gas $25) which isn't to bad
Just bought a new shop decor for the third bay
1997 BMW m3
I do plan on fill in the place with old school signs and banners
I'd like to one day get 2 old gas pumps and put them out front where they use to be
I'm not sure if I'm going to do epoxy or floor tiles... I have to have some drains re routed first so after that ill do somethin with them
Nice shop!
If you're going to reroute drains for washing cars, may I suggest using a CG water containment mat? They have a nice one with inflatable berms for around $550. I think that'd be cheaper than paying a plumbing contractor plus you can take it with you if you want. All you would need then is a hose with a drain pickup, a pump and someplace to discharge the dirty water.
