Garage tile

Looking to tile my garage on my new house I'm closing on the 30th.

I've seen Race Deck and while amazing, pretty high dollar.

FloorJunkies out of TEXAS has a good pricing on their coindrop modultie at $1.98 a sq/ft so being that my usable space for the garage is 16.5 x 18.5 brings it to about 305 sq/ft that I'll need. So roughly $600ish.

Race deck is much more but seeing what other options are out there. I've googled the crap out of this and cant seem to find anything other than what I've already looked at. Any help or solutions is greatly appreciated!

Brian

Re: Garage tile

Not a huge fan of the peel and stick as this is something I'd like to be able to reuse if I'm going to drop this amount of money on it.

Re: Garage tile

Are you a Costco member? If so, they have sales every so often on MotoFloor tiles which are made by the same company that manufactures Racedeck. These are a lot cheaper but still are a good quality product. You might want to give it a look.

I am. The best pricing so far is Floor Junkies. Just trying to see options anyways.

Re: Garage tile

Holy Cow, that picture of the garage is impressively tidy. I could only dream of that much order in my garage. I'd have to get a divorce.

Re: Garage tile

You should get samples of each to compare. I got some samples of race deck. At the time I could get a discount but it still wasn't cheap not sure if I can still get a discount now but I can check.

Re: Garage tile

My garage now looks as neat as that minus the tile. I plan on painting the walls as well. The bottom may be a gray color or just do a 1 1/2 ft thick stripe around the perimeter to break up the wall. Haven't decided. The tiles will be gray and black though.

Race deck was ~$650 more than floor junkies. I received a sample from race deck (1 sq ft) and floor junkies (only half a tile lol) and to me they are the same quality wise but the pricing on fj is much more appealing. I want the snap together because of the ability to move it if I do ever move and it has a 12 yr warranty. So many decisions.
