Which floor paint is good?

Looking into doing my floor in the garage soon. I'd like to get something recommended vs. some random product that may peel up after a few months. x_x;
LMK what ya'll are using and your experience w/ it.
Pics are fun too.
Thanks.

Re: Which floor paint is good?

We haven't done it yet because of the weather, but we'll be putting down U-Coat in our garage since it resists water, coolant, oil, and whatever else we'll make a mess with in there.

Re: Which floor paint is good?

I put UCoatIt down about 3 years ago. It has held up extremely well and cleans up to look like new. It costs more than some of the other products on the market but I also put some commercial Rustoleum down in my basement. It doesn't hold a candle to the UCoatIt. I put 2 of UV resistant top coats down on it. I don't think they advertise their top coat as UV resistant anymore but they did when I purchased it. It was a lot of work, I did it by myself. I timed the process and it took 37 man hours to put it down 1670 sq. ft., this includes two top coats. This was on a new slab that required very little prep work. It was more work than I had anticipated but I would recommend the finished product to anyone.

Re: Which floor paint is good?

These pictures aren't the best, they some seem more tan than gray, the floor is very gray. The last picture most nearly resembles the color.
