Question How to menzerna glaze?

I read the directions on the back but its not clear to me how to use it. I understand i need to spead it out in a thin layer but how long do i work it in? Do I wipe it off right away?

Quote: Apply a small nickel size drop to a Microfiber applicator or cloth, and spread FMJ thinly across all painted, and chrome surfaces. Then, wipe off with a clean Microfiber cloth. Menzerna website

This looks like the instructions for Full Molecular Jacket ( FMJ) and not the glaze ?

You can use either hand or machine for it. I prefer machine, do the whole car. To me I thought it was a little smeary to wipe right off.Let it dry a little then wipe it off.

I use a nickel size glob for a 2x2 area and it just about disappears into the paint....nothing to really wipe off....it does cover up to a point...the lite stuff...do not expect it cover heavy swirls...the gloss factor is what it really produces...just work it till its just about gone on the paint..do not overload it on...a little does the job...I use speed 4 to work it in and 5 for the final pass....

it can be used by hand also....use a MF applicator with a nickel size dot and work a 2x2 area till its just about gone....it may take a few applications till the applicator gets sorta primed ....

I've only used Menz glaze and RMG. Both look excellent, but IMO I find that RMG does a better job filling in minor imperfections and gives a little deeper look/gloss than compared to Menz which gives more of a shiny gloss. I like the Menz glaze for light colored/metallic where its harder to see the minor imperfections that are present plus it seems to bring out the lighter colors better, and RMG for darker paints. Just my personal preference though, hopefully others will chime in with their thoughts.

You are correct (there application methodology is vastly different-

Apply a Nickel-size amount of glaze to a dry Microfiber Applicator Pad
Work on areas of 2 to 3 sq. ft.
Apply glaze to a cool surface, out of direct sunlight
Wipe glaze over the paint using a light pressure until almost dry
Wipe off residues with a dry Microfiber cloth; continue glazing in 2 to 3 sq. ft. sections until entire vehicle is done
