It works great. Never had an issue with residue.

I agree, blue painters tape works great. I too was worried that it would leave a sticky residue...but it doesn't....came off nice and clean.

Works great. Was going to make a thread about this but I'll just ask in here.

Where is a good place to get this cheaper or in buk? Lowe's and home depot are EXPENSIVE!

Look in the phone book for a automotive supply house that carries paint.
Make sure they give you the short price, in person
They will give you the list price over the phone if they don't know who you are.

The blue 3M tape is fine to use. I use the green color 3M tape. I get it from a body shop

The green and blue tapes are fine...no glue left behind..there are some cheap brands out there and not as good as name brands..best bet is the 3M brand..

best bet is the buy in bulk to save money...do a google search and you will find bulk lots at body shop supply stores at very good prices...10 roll lots...and case lots...from 1 inch to 3 inches wide
