What do I do?

Hey Guys,
When my PC arrives, I plan on doing my dads car. I've got XMT 3 and XMT 1, but I might only use the XMT 1 seeing as the swirls arent that heavy, but I will be using XMT 3 in some places. Anyway. when I finish, I want to add the XMT Finishing Glaze, but I also want to seal it. I have some Autglym Super Resin Polish which is a great sealent, but I don't know what to do. Should I remove the swirls, then seal it, then add the Finishing Glaze 24 hours later? Thanks

Did you get a convertor for your wattage?

Most sealants are not going to bond over a carnauba/glaze, only a few, EX-P is one that will work decently over a carnauba or glaze. And I'm pretty sure XMT Glaze has cleaners in it so it will pry take away from/remove the sealant your putting it over. I would say polishing it, seal it and wax it. Or just polish, glaze, wax it. Danase has an acrylic glaze that can be put in layers as it has no cleaners and is pretty durable (acrylic), Meg's #7 is another that I think doens't have cleaners but doesn't last long either, most glazes have cleaners or some abrassive quality for final polishing nevermind the oils that will pry cause a sealant to get messy.

You have to glaze before you can seal it. And only certain sealants like EX-P as mentioned (I believe ones with carnuaba) will work with the glaze. Many waxes have fillers, so you could try sealing it, and then topping with wax.
