Product Review: PB Waterless and DP Waterless

This is my first review. I order both the PB Waterless wash and the DP BOGO Waterless wash this week. And I got the package on Thursday which was good timing since I washed my car Wednesday evening and then we got a little sprinkle for about 10 minutes on the way home.

I tried the PB first on my 2006 Acura and was amazed how easy it was to use. Just spray and wipe and all the water spots and bugs came right off. I didn't rub just wipped the mist with the BOGO MF towels from Cobra. It made my car look like it was just washed. I followed up with some Crystal Mist and it was back to what it looked like after I washed it. PB did a great job cleaning the windows as well.

I used the DP verison on my wife's 01 CR-V and I had similar experience. She did a lot fo HWY driving this week and the DP took car of all the bugs with ease. Again using the BOGO Cobra MF towels and wipping not rubbing. Cleaned the front window and it removed all the bugs and no haze or streaks. Followed up with some Crystal Mist and the V looked great.

But between the two products, I felt that PB's had more lubicaticity than DP but that was about it. I felt the products did an equal job at cleaning up the cars with some bugs and rain spots.

Have not used the DP product, but use the PB's Spray and Wipe about three times per week. Very nice product, cleans without haze or swirls.

Re: Product Review: PB Waterless and DP Waterless

I bought a gallon of Poorboys Spray/Wipe several years ago and had to put a little water in it as it streaked a bit, how about the newer offerings ??

I had no streaking or anything with either product. Just got done from being on the HWY and PB's cleared up all the bugs for me

The V is silver and the Acura is Vivid Blue....

That would be my assessment as well, the DP feels more 'grabby' compared to the S&W. As long as you don't apply too much pressure and keep the towels clean, waterless washing is quite safe.

Re: Product Review: PB Waterless and DP Waterless

I am glad that I bought it. It is great not having to wash the cars from being dusty or trying to get bugs off. I put a bottle in my cars to keep them clean on road trips.
My Wife thinks I am crazy!
