Yes, It's the same. I just bought another gallon at their competition last night while buying some plumbing supplies. Ever wonder why detailing and sewer pipes go together???

The most economical way to get it at HD is in the section where they sell/rent carpet cleaning machines and supplies. You can get it by the gallon there.
