1 qt. makes 1 gallon, its concentrated.

i have megs UQD, Crystal Mist, and Optimum, and I would have to say the Optimum is my new fav replacing UQD. I also really love the smell of the Optimum.

Any preference in any of those when it come to anti-static/dust repellancy?

It's really, really dry dry where I'm at (the relative humidity was 8% at noon today) so cars tend to pick up a lot of dust.
