Which DG soap in foam gun?

I will be running out of my car wash soap this season and want to get DG 901 (regular) or 591 (marine). I am interested in which one will perform well with a foam gun?

Re: Which DG soap in foam gun?

I might have gotten those backwards. Somewhere I've read that one of them doesn't foam well........I think it might be the 901. Where's Big Al when you need him?? PM Al-53 or Sparkie......they're the DG junkies And I mean that in a good way.

Truls..thats to bad about the MF's....I was hoping they were better...they sure looked thick....

the reason the 951 may have not worked good in the foam gun is maybe because it was designed to be a low type foam soap to be used near water...in a bucket wash it worked fine....still had the lubricity and cleaning power + and suds...but as you said the real test would be on a real dirty surface...when my truck comes back today from the shop it should be a sad sight...so will try the cleaning power on it....they leave oily hand prints on it and I know insist they do not wash it after the last time they did ...

Any ways Nice honest review...

AL

Re: Which DG soap in foam gun?

DG#901 wins by a mile, but you can buy both and mix em in the bottle, get a stronger soap... DP also performs well in the foam gun....
