OP on headlights?

Is it ok to use op on headlights? I have a 3" pad, what speed should I use the pc on 5?

Yeah I use alot of different polish to polihs headlights and they all came out good.

ive used it before on headlights. Worked just as well as any other normal pant polish. If the lights are real bad your gonna need a compound, or maybe even wetsadning, to get them back to new looking.
