What to use after Pinnacle XMT Carnauba Finishing Glaze?

I have a green metallic 2002 BMW 330xi daily drive that sits out side. I take care of it the best I can with OTC stuff, it has minor swirls and hard water spots. I have purchased the Pinnacle XMT line along with a PC and the Edge 2000 pad kit from AG. What type of product should I use after the XMT Carnauba Finishing Glaze?

Thanks,
Todd

Go with a good carnauba like Natty's Blue, Souveran etc. NB has great durability for a nuba, and looks extremely wet and deep. My truck sits outside 24/7 as well, done back in April and even with all the rain and crap last three months it still looks top notch. Only carnauba I've seen last longer is Collinite 915 which I have as well and you can get otc at any Marine shops (have it for boats and ski's but you can use it on autos).

You love the Edge 2K pads, love mine, and from the pics I've seen of XMT Glaze topped with a nuba, you'll love it as well. Maybe try Clearkote Carnauba Moose Wax and post pics as I want to see what it looks like , supposedley has excellent durability and very wet looking.

My favorite combo right now is XMT Glaze covered with Souveran paste. It's the wettest I've ever seen a car. Try it...you won't be dissappointed.

Pinnacle Souveran is great after the glaze, but if you want some durability, give Wolfgang Deep Gloss Sealant a try. I've done several cars with this combo and it works well.

I've been told that a Sealant over a glaze is a no-no. It doesn't adhere to the paint as well because of the oils in the glaze.

There are glaze's that are sealant friendly. Wolfgang is one that is sold as
a pre-sealant glaze. The XMT finishing Glaze has carnauba in it and should
not be used before a sealant due to bonding issues. Read the descriptions
of the product on Autogeek site and they usually tell you if the product is
sealant friendly. I really like a sealant as a base and layer Nattys Blue to my
hearts content for the warm and deep colors.

There are at least a dozen great carnuabas within the pages of AG that will fit the bill. Pinnacle, Poorboys, P21S , Clearkote, DP and more ..
