Would this be good for lighting?

Craftsman 52 watt Fluorescent Work Light - Model 83897 at Sears.com

I've been looking at this light. I need something that won't run hot, and also an efficient light that will help me see the paint defects and the polish break down stages. Would these be efficient for my needs?

Hmm maybe I should get those lights...but does anybody use fluorescent lights? I want a light that doesn't get hot, especially in the garage I'm working in and the weather, it's SO HOT .

I would go for the lights Alban showed you! They get a bit hot, but workes great. Its soon getting colder, then they will help you to keep the garage warm Good thinking, huh? A bone :P
