Did I make a good choice?

Before I knew about this site I bought a Griot's polisher and assorted cleaners and polishes. Now I see it appears everyone uses the porter cable. I haven't used it yet, but now may be a little leary of what i bought. Has anyone else ever used these products or polisher?

Don't have one myself, but others report that it is equal to or slightly better than the PC. Have FUN!

Re: Did I make a good choice?

One thing I've read about Griot's is their satisfaction guarantee. Not sure if it applies to their polisher or not, but I don't think you have anything to worry about. Were I you, I'd go ahead and try their products and then when you run out of those, try others...It's part of the fun with detailing!

I think they are overpriced .... that said I like their wheel cleaner and their undercarriage spray. Their waxes are boring and hard to use compared to most. Which buffer did you get the new version, or one in the past. They originally use to repackage the 7424 but have since changed to some other method.
