Help me pick my B'day gift

I am looking at the Flex XC3401 VRG and an assortment of Cobra Cross Grove 6.5" pads. Will these pads work? Do I need anything else to start using the Flex? Was going to get a Makita BO6040 but after reading all the reviews I decided to go with the Flex. Thanks
Gerry

Look into the new wolfgang 3.0 polishes, they were made with the help from menzerna.
I used the org cross grove pad on this blk zo6
