lighting question

Hello

Can anyone recommend some lighting ideas for detailing inside my garage .I went to home depot and looked at the halogen tripods and could not decide between 250w, 500, or a 1000w and up ,any ideas are welcomed thanks.

Can't remember the brand, but bought it from Home Depot. They all use the 500w halogen bulb.

You can find the double halogen tripod lights, 500w ea light, 1000w total, at sears for a very reasonable price. I think I got mine for like less then $30.

Just be sure to get a box that doesnt look destroyed. My local sears had 5 in stock, only one box wasnt really badly damaged.

Mine are exactly as dontsleeponit described, Sears 2x500 watt halogens. They work extremely well. Since then I've been using them for so much more than detailing. We just got done re-painting the basement and they worked great for that project as well. Very well worth the $25 I paid for them.
