| It works OK, and I think it might be PH neutral(its been a while since ive tested it). I would not buy it again though, its too expensive and it doesn't work all that well. It does smell good though. I tested it side by side with griots wheel cleaner which is many times cheaper and pinnacle wheel cleaner didnt do any better from what i can see. I tested it many times, but i couldnt tell any consistent difference between the 2. Although i think pinnacle gel wheel cleaner stripped off all the wax on the wheel but griots didnt, im not sure about this but i saw that the wheels sprayed with pinnacle gel wheel cleaner did not bead water any more but the other side done with griots did.
