Question Liquid Sealants vs. Spray Types??

There are a lot of spray on sealants on the market now. WOWO and they claim to have excellent durability.

Specifically, I am looking for feedback on the WG Sealant Spritz vs the conventional WG Liquid Sealant. From reading the advertising, it appears the Spritz is durable and can be layered after only one hour. What is the downside to the spray? Why would one choose the liquid version?

The spray version is mearly a sealant booster. You will get a better layer of protection and durability if you apply a coat of the liquid. I recently used WG liquid sealant and the finish after was extremely impressive.

as said above, the spray versions CAN be used solo, but their main application is as a booster type of product. Take crystal mist for example. it was made specifically for uses after washes to restore a carnauba LSP.

Yep, I agree with Neothin and Mike T...

I typically put on 3 or 4 coats of the liquid WG, then use the spray sealant as a QD frequently (1 or 2 times per week), and the spritz (non-sealant) a couple times per week also. My cars have an exceptionally durable and deep glossy shine with all the layers of the WG.

Thanks for your replies....kind of what I thought. The ads sometimes don't come out and say it's really a "booster" wax/sealant.

Though I haven't used the ones you mentioned. I have OCW spray and Poorboy's QW+ and really like both.

Heres one to consider .... most sealants are thin enough to be placed in a bottle and spritzed on a finish. So why not use them this way ?? Its controlled disbursement. I think its a positive movement .. moving to spray form. I do it with Klasse SG , and Acrylic Gloss.

Four Starr Gloss Enhancer.

Is that a booster for U.P.P. sealer and for paste wax's?? or just sealer?

Something like C.M for paste? Can Crystal Mist be put over a sealer??

More of a QD+ .... adds gloss but does not appear to extend the protection or life of the sealant specifically.
